Multifunctional Daybed With Storage

Feb 18th

Comfortable sofa day and night warm bed. A daybed with storage is a multifunctional and decorative addition to any room in the house. Add storage to keep clutter in the bay and you have the perfect piece of furniture. With a little effort and a little creativity, you can build this daybed with drawers underneath in a few hours, with plenty of time to relax with a good book on your new daybed. Store for unfinished wooden cubes. You can get them at an arts and crafts store or unfinished furniture store. The purchase of two units that measure 15 by 48 inches (three cubes make up each unit) and two units that measure 15 by 32 inches (two cubes per unit).

Big Lots Daybed

Cut a piece of wood 1 inch thick that measures 48 inches by the length of your mattress (some hardware stores can even cut the wood for you). This will create the base of the couch. Use wood filler you can paint to fill in the scratches, gaps, and holes in the nails in the cubes. Lightly sand and apply two coats of paint. If you use white or whitish paint, apply two coats of primer-primer first. Paint the divan base in the same way. Set up the wooden cubes to create a rectangle so that the two larger units sit on each side of the white daybed and the two smaller units sit in the middle. Place the base of the couch on the top of the cubes.

Put wicker baskets and other storage containers in each of the buckets to keep clutter in the bay. If you have a daybed equip with a pull-out daybed and need to move or repair that. You will probably need to disassemble the daybed myself.

This is the heaviest part of the daybed with mattress and the fixing screws and often several screws. Go to several arms of the hinges that make them bend up and out possible, keep it in place. Although it is not a difficult task, it is best that you take time to make notes about the location of each screw and correct mounting screw. Remove the cushions from the sofa and set aside. Remove any other object, like throw blankets too.
